I've already got a logo. Can we work together?

My aim is to develop a design strategy that bridges your brand with your target audience. It's crucial to understand your identity and objectives before diving into a design project. Your brand's foundation should guide all design choices and shape your business's trajectory. If I determine that your brand or logo lacks strategic alignment, we may need to undergo a full branding process before taking on your project.

I just want a logo, I don't think I need anything else.

Focusing on comprehensive branding allows me to deliver the most significant results for my clients. As a team, we'll collaborate on essential elements like your brand vision, logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines, which will give you so much more flexibility when using it. A logo is not just a logo!

Can we customize a package?

Of course! No project is the same. During our discovery call, we’ll discuss your business needs and decide what’s best for you, taking one of the packages as a base.

Any of the design collaterals in #3 from the Services page can be added onto a package.

My brand needs a refresh.

A brand refresh requires the same strategic approach as a full branding project because we must delve into the motivations behind the refresh, your evolving brand direction, and gain a comprehensive understanding of your business goals. Refreshes often take just as long as a full branding project since each modification demands careful consideration – strategically preserving specific elements while making changes can be intricate work!

I want to work with you, but I’m not in the wellness industry.

My expertise is in the health / fitness / wellness industry, and that’s where I feel I can bring the most value and experience to my clients. However, I’m always open to new and different projects, so you can still send me an enquiry here and I will get back to you.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Every project needs a 50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% at the end before all the deliverables are sent over to you.

All deposit payments received are non refundable, once a project has started.

However, if you need a different breakdown (for bigger/longer projects, for instance) of the second part of the payment, please let me know.

What is a typical project timeline?

No projects are the same, so depending on the scope of the project and deliverables, it can range from 5 to 8 weeks.

Do you offer your services worldwide?

Absolutely! I can’t seem to stay in one place myself, so I would love to take on projects from anywhere in the world.
